Hydromax X20

The Hydromax X20 has the same features as the X30 and X40 but is a little smaller, designed for guys whose penis length is 3.5 to 5 inches (erect). It uses the newly designed Bellows Pump system, providing better, faster gains. The Bellows system now incorporates a new soft-sealing, full support comfort ring for reduced pressure and greater comfort around the penis base and testicle region. It is also removable for ease of cleaning.

 How to Use this Pump in the Shower

1. Loosen up in a warm shower for 5 minutes.
2. Fill the pump with water. Press in the pressure valve. Keep finger over valve whilst while filling.
3. Place penis inside the pump. Form a tight seal with pump and body.
4. Pump and push the pump towards pubic bone. Water is ejected from the valve. Pressure creates a false erection. Penis is drawn up the tube. The process should be 15 minutes 2-3 intervals of 5 minutes each.
5. Compress main valve to release pressure. Safely remove pump.

How to Use this Pump in the Bath Tub

1. Prepare for the hydro exercise. Fill your bath with warm water. Get inside and relax for five minutes.
2. Fill Hydromax with water. Insert penis in the pump. Make sure that chamber facing down. Form a tight seal with pump and body.

How often should I use the pump?

We recommend 15 minutes per session, use the unit as often as once per day. Best results are archived by repeated inflation and deflation of 2-3 times of 5 minutes each over 15 minute period.
