Packaging

All orders are shipped discreetly in plain boxes or envelopes. There are no clues on the outside of the box as to the contents. Please feel safe having your shipment sent to your home or alternate address. 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship merchandise to locations within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska and all U.S. territories (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau,  Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands). We are not responsible for ensuring that the product(s) you have ordered is legal in any specific location; you are responsible for compliance with local laws. 

Delivery Options and Costs

Shipping costs above may vary in some cases. Extra charges may be applied to bulky items. We will notify you before you have placed your order if your order requires additional shipping costs. Final delivery cost is calculated at checkout, and these charges are also reflected in your shopping cart. 

***Note: There is a $50 shipping fee applied to all Shockspot machine purchases****

We will make every attempt possible to ship all standard orders the same day if the order is placed before 11am CST, Monday through Friday. If the order is not able to ship the same day, it will be shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after receiving your order. Orders placed on non-business days will be received and processed on the next business day; for example, an order placed on a Saturday will be received and processed the next Monday, if the Monday is not a federal holiday. Both standard & expedited shipping expectations begin at the time of order fulfillment, not when the order is placed. 

In rare cases, transit delays may occur. We are not responsible for service commitments or delays by the carriers, such as the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. Transit times are estimated by the carriers and not guaranteed.

Shipments are processed on business days, normally Monday-Friday. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not considered business days.

All shipments will be assigned a tracking number, which will be provided to you by email once your order has been processed. Once the tracking number has been assigned, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipping confirmation shows as "delivered." To prevent lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier prior to delivery to make alternate delivery arrangements or please include a note with special delivery instructions when placing your order. We reserve the right to replace the item or issue a refund at our sole discretion.
